It’s a modular ecosystem—a scalable network that empowers keepers of all levels to deliver biologically accurate care for their reptiles, amphibians, and invertebrates.
🔧 The Backbone: ECO-ENGINE Systems
Each ECO-ENGINE is an embedded hardware system built directly into your enclosure. It powers and automates key life-support elements like heat, UVA/UVB lighting, airflow, fog, and hydration—while monitoring real-time environmental conditions through dedicated sensor zones.
Instead of generic presets, every ECO-ENGINE is configured for a specific biome to match the natural range of the species you keep.
ECO-ENGINE Types:

CLOUD FOREST – Cool, humid, high-airflow zones (e.g., chameleons, green tree pythons)

AMAZON BASIN – Dense, consistent humidity and canopy shade (e.g., dart frogs, tree boas)

MANGROVE SWAMP – Semi-aquatic with strong heat and hydration cycles (e.g., water monitors, anacondas)

ARID WOODLAND – Dry, sun-exposed terrain (e.g., frilled dragons, bearded dragons)

CREEK SIDE UNDERSTORY – Humid yet filtered light zones (e.g., angle-headed dragons, basilisks)

GRASSY PLAINS – Open field climates with wide thermal gradients (e.g., gopher snakes, milk snakes)

FOREST FLOOR – Ground-dwelling setups with consistent humidity and light cycles (e.g., tegus, rainbow boas)
Each ECO-ENGINE includes a docking bay for an E.C.O. MOD, which determines the number of elements and sensors it supports.
E.C.O. MOD Options:

4.2 E.C.O. MOD – Supports 4 controllable elements (UVA, Heat, Rain + [Fan or UVB]), with 2 sensor zones

6.3 E.C.O. MOD – Full feature support (UVA, Heat, Rain, Fog, UVB, Fan) + 3 sensor zones
These MODs arrive pre-loaded with standard biome logic but can be upgraded via firmware.
🧬 CLIMATE CODES: Behavior Upgrades
CLIMATE CODES are downloadable firmware logic profiles that define seasonal and daily environmental changes. Installed directly on your E.C.O. MOD, these codes give your system dynamic, life-like behavior.
Available Codes:

Wet/Dry Season – Shifts humidity, temps, and light on a seasonal loop

Storm Generator – On-demand or scheduled thunderstorm simulation

Savannah Dawn/Dusk – Dry climate sunrise/sunset with wind patterns

Rainforest Dawn/Dusk – Light and fog ramping for realistic canopy sunrise

Brumation Mode – Reduces temps and photoperiods for winter slowdown
These upgrades are available through the Terratronix Code Library, and more are added regularly.
